تعديلاتٌ على تطبيق منح أذونات الخروج؟

أعلن وزير الداخلية العميد محمد فهمي لصحيفة “الجمهورية” أن القرار الذي صدر عن المجلس الأعلى للدفاع بتمديد فترة الاقفال الكامل “هو أمر ضروري لاحتواء انتشار وباء كورونا”، مؤكداً “أن قوى الأمن الداخلي ستواصل التشدد في تطبيق التدابير الميدانية على الارض للَجم اي مخالفات قد تحصل، ولن يكون هناك أي تَراخ في الإجراءات مهما طالت مدة الاغلاق”.
وأوضح “انّ نسبة التقيد بالاقفال التام لا تزال مرتفعة جدا، وهي بلغت في بعض المناطق 95 في المئة، وهذا أمر إيجابي يعود بالدرجة الأولى الى خوف الناس بعد تفشي الوباء وامتلاء المستشفيات وليس الى اقتناع طوعي بأهمية الاقفال، علماً انه لو حصل تجاوب إرادي واسع مع قرارات الاغلاق السابقة لما كنّا قد وصلنا إلى هنا”.

وأبدى فهمي أسفه “لكَون البعض لا يزال يحاول التذاكي على نظام منح الإذن بالخروج”، كاشفا انه “تم توقيف نحو 18 شخصا من الذين أرادوا التحايل على التطبيق الذي وضعناه بسرعة قياسية، في حين انّ دولاً أخرى اكثر تطورا احتاجت الى وقت أطول لإنجازه”.
وأشار الى “ان تعديلات أدخلت امس على تطبيق منح أذونات الخروج لضبطه وتحصينه في مواجهة محاولات التشاطر عليه”، لافتاً المتذاكين الى “انهم يضحكون على أنفسهم وليس على الدولة لأنهم سيكونون هم والقريبون منهم المتضررين من انتقال العدوى”.
ولفت الوزير فهمي الى أن “قوى الأمن تتفهّم في المقابل حاجة بعض المواطنين الى التنقل لأسباب ضرورية، وهي تتعاطى بمرونة مع الطلبات المشروعة”.
