وزارة الاقتصاد حذرت محطات المحروقات من التلاعب بالعدادات

أصدر وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة في حكومة تصريف الأعمال منصور بطيش تعميما حمل الرقم 1/1/أت حذر فيه من “التلاعب بالعدادات أثناء تعبئة المحروقات للمواطنين”.
وجاء في التعميم: “كثرت في الآونة الأخيرة شكاوى المواطنين الى مديرية حماية المستهلك حول قيام بعض محطات المحروقات بعمليات غش من خلال التلاعب بالعدادات وإيهام المواطنين بتعبئة كمية معينة من المحروقات وذلك خلافا للكمية المطلوبة.
وبعد أن تأكدت وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة من صحة المعلومات المذكورة من خلال عمليات الرقابة، وعملا بأحكام المادة 48 من قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 659/2005 وتعديلاته بشأن الامتناع عن تسليم أي سلعة غير مطابقة للكمية المتفق عليها، تحذر وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة جميع أصحاب محطات المحروقات وموظفيها من اللجوء الى اساليب غير قانونية لتحقيق أرباح غير مشروعة.

كما تطلب من المواطنين التأكد من العدادات على المضخات قبل وخلال وبعد تعبئة المحروقات والتأكد من عدد الليترات المسجلة على المضخات”.
وأكد بطيش مواصلة “التشدد في ضبط المخالفات وإحالتها أمام القضاء المختص”.
